This is a 4 week full body gym program designed to get you stronger and shredded for the summer☀️ This is one of my favourite programs to date as it provides a well rounded program that includes lower body, upper body, cardio and abs AND full body HIIT days. You will be working your ass off in these 4 weeks but you’ll be so proud of yourself because of it.
