Built from her experience in hybrid training and performance coaching, this program combines structured running sessions, strength work, and HYROX-focused conditioning to support improvements in endurance, power, and overall race readiness.
Each phase follows a clear progression — helping you develop consistency, challenge your limits, and arrive at race day feeling prepared both physically and mentally.
