Chantel’s Intermediate to Advanced 12-Week HYROX Program is designed to help you train with structure, build race-specific fitness, and prepare confidently for your next HYROX event.

Built from her experience in hybrid training and performance coaching, this program combines structured running sessions, strength work, and HYROX-focused conditioning to support improvements in endurance, power, and overall race readiness. Each phase follows a clear progression — helping you develop consistency, challenge your limits, and arrive at race day feeling prepared both physically and mentally. Allow her to guide your training, refine your performance, and support you through every stage of your HYROX preparation.

Intermeditae to Advanced with running and gym experience
9-10 sessions per week
2 strength sessions
4 x running sessions
1-2 × HYROX specific session
1 rest day per week
