Created from her experience in strength, running, and performance training, this program focuses on the fundamentals of HYROX — combining running, functional strength, and conditioning in a structured and supportive way.
You’ll learn proper movement techniques, build endurance, improve overall fitness, and develop the consistency needed to take on the demands of HYROX. With progressive sessions and clear guidance throughout, the focus is on helping you understand your training and grow at your own pace.
