Chantel’s 12-Week Beginner HYROX Program is designed to help you build a strong foundation in hybrid training, develop confidence, and prepare for your first HYROX experience — one session at a time. Created from her experience in strength, running, and performance training, this program focuses on the fundamentals of HYROX — combining running, functional strength, and conditioning in a structured and supportive way.

You’ll learn proper movement techniques, build endurance, improve overall fitness, and develop the consistency needed to take on the demands of HYROX. With progressive sessions and clear guidance throughout, the focus is on helping you understand your training and grow at your own pace. LEVEL:
Beginners with limited to no running and no gym experience
5-6 sessions per week (optional 6th)
1-2 strength sessions
3 x running sessions
1-2 × HYROX specific session
1-2 rest day per week
